FAQs

Installation work is performed by qualified personnel trained on the specific system types being installed. Installers follow manufacturer installation requirements and site-specific plans to verify proper anchorage, component placement, and system configuration.

Installation methods and documentation are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements  (OSHA 1910 and OSHA 1926) to support system certification and ongoing compliance.

  • Does Installation require shutdowns or special access?

Some installations require controlled access or temporary restrictions, but many can be performed in active facilities. Access needs are evaluated during planning and coordinated to minimize operational impact where possible.

  • Is training required after installation?

Training requirements depend on the system type and how it is used. Where training is required or recommended, this is identified during installation planning, and training support can be provided as a separate scope if needed. See our training page for more info.

  • What happens if issues are identified during installation?

If site conditions differ from expectations or issues are identified, work is paused as needed to address scope, coordination, or design considerations before proceeding.

  • Who is responsible for compliance during installation?

We are responsible for installing systems correctly and in accordance with applicable requirements. Compliance related to system use, structural conditions, or changes made after installation remains outside installation scope and is addressed separately.
